Ingredients
Ingredients:Almond flour, 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour, 0.5 cupSoy Flour, .5 cup, stirred Baking Soda, .5 tspBaking Powder, 2 tsp Olive Oil, 2 tbspNeufchatel Cheese, 5 oz Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 0.5 tsp Egg, fresh, 2 large Apples, fresh, 2 cup, gratedCinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Nutmeg, ground, .25 tbsp Ginger, ground, .5 tbsp *Nature's Bounty Pure Vitamin C - 500mg, 1 serving
Directions
Grate apple into a bowl.
Mix flours and spices into another bowl.
Cream together the sugars and cheeze, add eggs and blend.
Divide into 18 muffin cups.
Bake at 350 for 18 minutes.
Remove and cool 5 minutes before final cooling on rack.
