Ingredients
- 750g frozen, leafy spinach- 250g chickpeas- 1 medium onion- 2 tbsp cream cheese with herbs- 1 tbsp oil- 1 tsp thyme- 1 tsp salt- 50g oatssoy sauce to taste
Directions
- soak chickpeas over night
- on the next day boil chickpeas with 1/2 l of soaking water and each a teaspoon of salt and thyme (~30minutes if you open the lit to stir only)
- chop onion into small pieces in the meanwhile
- defrost spinach and flavour with a bit of salt
- pour of excess water of chickpeas
- heat oil in the pan and fry chickpeas, oats and onion
- add spinach and cream cheese and taste with soy sauce
