Cranberry Orange Walnut Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 cup whole wheat flour3/4 cup unbleached white flour2 teaspoons baking powder1 teaspoon baking soda1/8 teaspoon salt1/2 cup granulated fructose2/3 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt1 cup orange juice6 tablespoons liquid egg whites1 cup chopped fresh cranberries1 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
In large bowl combine flours, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add 1/4 cup granulated to fructose to cranberries and chop finely. In another bowl, combine rest of granulated fructose with yogurt, egg whites, and orange juice and whisk until frothy. Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients and blend gently until moistened. Fold in chopped cranberries and walnuts. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full and bake at 400˚F for 20-25 minutes.
