Brown "Mexican" Rice

Ingredients
1 C Uncle Ben's Instant Brown Rice1 3/4 C low sodium chicken broth0.25 C frozen corn0.25 C salsa 1/4 t cumin1/4 t cayenne pepper
Directions
Add rice, chicken broth and corn to pot and bring to boil. Cover & simmer until only a little bit of liquid left. Add salsa & seasonings. Simmer covered until all liquid is gone.
