CREAM CHEESE SPINACH STUFFED CHICKEN ROLLS

Ingredients
10 PERDUE FIT & EASY Boneless, Thin-Sliced Skinless Chicken Breast1/2 (4 oz.) pkg. light cream cheese1/2 package frozen spinach, drained1 tbsp garlic powder1/4c egg beater with 1 tbsp. water1/2 c. unseasoned dry bread crumbs2 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Flatten chicken. In large bowl, beat cream cheese, spinach, garlic until combined. Spoon equal amounts of mixture across narrow end of each breast. Roll jelly roll style. Secure with toothpicks. Dip in egg, then roll in crumbs. Place in baking dish seam side down; drizzle with olive oil. Bake 30 minutes until golden.
