canned tomatoes canned tomatoe sauce italian seasoning garlicdark red winesweet onion4 boneless skinless chicken breasts italian seasoned bread crumbs olive oil
start sauce first add tomatoes, tomato sauce, diced onion, garlic and red wine simmer on medium till bubbley then turn to low
pound out chicken breasts with tenderizing mallet mix olive oil and bread crumbs together until all crumbs are covered
place chicken in crumbs and coat both sides place in baking dish and pour remaining crumb mixture on top
bake at 425 about 30 min but use a meat thermometer to be sure. If you can have carbs place chicken on pasta and cover with 3 oz marinara sauce
Serving Size: 1 six ounce breast with about 3 ounces of sauce
