Cream of Mushroom Soup Chicken

2 bonless skinless chicken breasts, cubed1 cans 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup1 cup celery chopped1 cup carrots chopped1/2 onion, chopped1/2 cup skim milk1/2 cup French's Fried Onion Rings (opt)Black pepper and dried parsley to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Combine chicken, soup, celery, carrots, onion and skim milk in 9x13 inbaking dish coated with non-stick cooking spray.
Stir until combined well and ingredients are evenly coated. Add pepper and parsley to taste.
Cover baking dish with foil, bake for 40-45 minutes.
Uncover baking dish and spread fried onion rings evenly over top.
Place bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes longer.
Serving Size: makes 6 1 cup servings
