Apple Cranberry Crisp

6-8 apples (stayman, fuji, or granny smith) cored and chopped--at least 4 cups1 cup fresh cranberries1 cup light cranberry or apple juice1 cup oats2 tablespoons light margarine1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar blend1 tablespoon cinnamon or apple pie spice2 packets Splenda
Chop apples and place in large glass baking pan. Add washed cranberries on top. Sprinkle with 2 packets splenda and cinnamon. Pour cranberry juice on top of fruit.
In microwave, heat margarine and Splenda brown sugar blend for 30 seconds in a microwave safe bowl. Remove from microwave and stir in 1 cup (or more) oats until all are coated. Then spread over the fruit mixture.
Cook in 350 degree oven for 30-45 minutes until golden brown on top and fruit is soft.
