Turkey with Green Chile and Tortilla Casserole

Ingredients
* 2 cups leftover turkey, cut into bite-size pieces* 2 cans Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup* 1.5 cup water* 12 Mission Corn tortillas, shredded into small pieces* 8 Canned Roasted Green Chiles* 2 TBSP Chopped onion, dried * 2 Cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
Directions
First, chop the leftover turkey into bite-size pieces. Shred 12 Corn Tortillas into bite-size pieces. Chop green chiles into bite-size pieces, removing the seeds if you would like it to be less spicy. Shred 16 oz. cheddar cheese, or more or less to taste.

Combine turkey, green chiles, 2 cans of Cream of Chicken Soup, and 1 to 1.5 cups water in a bowl.

Layer: tortilla pieces, turkey and soup mixture, and cheese on top. Add another layer of tortillas, turkey mixture, and cheese in an oven-safe casserole dish.

Cover and bake for 35 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted.
