Tuna with ginger sauce

Preheat oven to 450 F.
Place tuna steaks in an oven-safe casserole dish. Salt and pepper if desired.
Mix all ingredients but tuna in a small saucepan on medium heat. Let ingredients come to a boil while stirring. The sauce will be thick and bubbly. Continue to stir for 1 minute more, then remove from heat.
Pour sauce over tuna steaks. Cook in pre-heated oven for 10 minutes.
Makes 3-4 servings.
