Mom's Style Kidney Beans/Rajma

Ingredients
Dark Red Kidney Bean 20 oz can 3Canola Oil 1 cupSalt 11/2 tspChilli Powder 2 tspCoriander Powder 1/2 tspCumin Powder 1/4 tspTomatoes/ tomato paste 4-5 chopped/9 ozThinly Sliced Onions 4-5 mediumGarlic paste 1 1/2 tspGinger Paste 1/2 tsp
Directions
Heat oil in a pot
Add onions and fry them brown, then add ginger garlic paste and saute it for 20 - 30 seconds
Now add the tomatoes, red chilli powder, salt, cumin and coriander powder and cover and cook it very well ( so well, that it almost becomes like a runny paste)
Then add the Kidney Beans along with the juices and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes till the water dries up and your Kidney Beans look like what you see in the photo.
Serve with Hot Naan/Chapati/Roti or Phulka
