Easy Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients
1 lb red potatoes, cut into eights2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1/2 tsp onion powder1/8 tsp paprika1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

2. Place potatoes in a greased 9x9x2 baking pan. In a small bowl, combine oil, onion powder, salt, black pepper, paprika and garlic. Drizzle oil mixture over potatoes, tossing to coat. Roast, uncovered, in oven for 45 minutes. Stir potatoes and bake for 10-20 minutes longer until potatoes are tender and brown on the edges.
