Crust: 3/4 C All Purpose Flour1/2 C Mazola Oil1/4 C COLD Water1/2 tsp SaltFilling:~2 Cups Ham (Ground)2 Slices of Bacon, Crisply cooked and crumbled1 C Shredded Swiss Cheese1/3 C Finely Chopped Onion4 Large Eggs2 C whipping (heavy) cream1/4 tsp Salt1/4 tsp Black Pepper1/8 tsp Ground Red Pepper (Cayenne)
Crust:
Mix together the oil and the water until cloudy.
Pour liquid mixture into the Flour.
Stir until dough is made - roll out for crust
Filling:
1. Heat Oven to 425 degrees
2. Prepare Pastry - Ease into quiche dish, 9X1 1/2 inches
3. Grind Ham up in a food processor
4. Sprinkle bacon, cheese, onion and ham in pastry-lined quiche dish. Beat eggs slightly; beat in remaining ingredients. Pour into quich dish.
5. Back 15 minutes
6. Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees. Bake about 30 minutes more
**Let stand for10 minutes before cutting
