Ingredients
Scallions, raw, 25 grams Cauldron Marinated Tofu, 200 gram(s)Peas, frozen, 50 grams Beans, french, 50 grams Asparagus, fresh, 75 grams Sweet potato, 1 medium (2" dia, 5" long, raw) Olive Oil, 1 tbsp*Soy Sauce, 2 tbspChili powder, 1 tspCurry powder, 1 tbsp
Directions
Chop up vegetables. Stir fry all together until the sweet potato is cooked through. Add a little gravy browning to thicken. Serve with basmati rice
