Ingredients
Chicken Marinade4 lbs Chicken Breast Boneless (cut into thin slices & pounded) 1 teaspoons salt1 teaspoons black pepper powder1/2 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)2 teaspoons garlic paste¼ cup chili sauce (Swad Masala Chili) Batter3/4 cup self raising flour 1 tablespoon corn flour ¾ teaspoon baking powder¾ teaspoon salt ¾ teaspoon white pepper¾ teaspoon paprika powder3 tablespoons chili sauce (Swad Masala Chili) ¾ cup Chilled Milk 1 eggToss coat1 1/2 cup flour Oil for frying
Directions
Marinate chicken and refrigerate (optional) for 2-5 hours.

Make all the ingredients for batter & make a thick but runny batter.

Dip marinated chicken in the batter and then toss in the dry flour, then dip in the batter again and toss in the flour second time, double coating it. Put it in the freezer for 5 minutes.

Now on medium low heat pan fry the chicken covered till golden brown and crispy, about 7 minutes each side.
