Fresh Fruit Salad with Honey, Mint and Lime Syrup

Ingredients
¼ cup Lime Juice, Fresh¼ cup Honey¼ cup Mint, Fresh, chopped3 pounds Cantaloupe, halved and seeded12 ounces Strawberries, hulled and halved4 medium Kiwis, peeled and cut into 1/2" pieces1 ½ cups Grapes, Seedless
Directions
1. Whisk lime juice, honey, and mint in a large bowl to blend
2. Using a melon baller, scoop out the cantaloupe.
3. Add all fruit to syrup in bowl; toss to combine.
4. Let stand 15 minutes to allow flavors to blend.
5. Spoon fruit into goblets -OR- cover and chill until ready to serve.
