Ingredients
100% natural oatmeal 1/2 cups1 cup skim milk1/2 cup waterdash of cinnamondash of nutmegthinly sliced banana 2 handfuls of raisins1 handful of craisins4 tsp brown sugar or 4 packets of Splenda
Directions
Cook oatmeal with milk and water - microwave for 3 minutes of slowly oil for 5 mins on stove top.
