Banana Bread

Ingredients

2 cups whole wheat flour3/4 cup splenda3 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp potassium salt (or regular salt)1 egg3/4 cup unsweetened almond breeze1/4 cup applesauce1 1/2 cups mashed banana
Preheat oven to 365. Grease bread loaf pan, unless it's non-stick
Mix all dry ingedients into a large bowl, be sure to mix well
Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl, be sure to mix thoroughly.
Make a well in the dry mix and add wet mix. Stir thoroughly.
Put into greased bread pan and bake for approximately 55-60min.
Insert a toothpick to check if it's done (may be moist from bananas)
Let it cool in the pan for 5-10min
Slice into 12 pieces
Serving Size: makes 12 slices
