Red Onions (thinly sliced) 1/2 cupTomatoes (coarsely chopped) 1 mediumCucumber with peel (thinly chopped) 1/2 of 8"Cilantro leaves (thinly chopped) 3 tbspMint Leaves (thinly chopped) 2 tbspfresh lemon juice 1/2 lemonsalt a pinchpepper 1/2 tsp
Directions
Add all the chopped vegetables in a bowl, add lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well... Voila
Ready to eat with or without the daal/ chawal
