Honey Rye-Wheat Sandwich Bread

1 cup warm water (not too hot or it will kill the yeast)1/8-1/4 cup honey 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 cup whole-wheat flour1 1/4 Cup Rye Flour1/4 teaspoon salt1/2 packet or 1 ¼ teaspoons yeast1 Tablespoon wheat gluten1 Large Egg (Optional)
I made this in a bread machine, however it should also work just using the bread machine to mix the dough and then turned it into a prepared loaf pan for a more traditional bread.
Let Yeast, gluten, egg (if using) warm to room temperature.
Put wet ingredients into Bread Machine first, then add flour. Create a well in flour and add yeast and gluten. I set the Machine to French Bread and walk away!
