Sugar-Free Faux Pickled Beets

1 14-oz can pickled beets (chunks or slices)1/4 cup white vinegar1/4 cup steviadash of cinnamon*
Combine all ingredients in a covered saucepan on the stovetop. Simmer 15 minutes.
Remove from heat, cool slightly, put in sterilized jars (just to be safe), and refrigerate until cool.
Serve as you would pickled beets.
