Chicken Florentine with Pasta

Ingredients
1/3 cup Olive OilBetter than Bouillion or other chicken stock paste1 small onion5 cups fresh baby spinach1 lb. skinless boneless chicken tenders1 package Baby Bella mushrooms1/2 cup white wine1 cup cherry/grape tomatoessalt and pepper to taste1/2 a box of Barilla Plus Rotini Pasta
Directions
Cook Barilla Pasta according to instructions.
Mix 1/2 tsp of Better than Bouillion with 1/2 cup water
Heat a deep skillet
Dice your onion and saute
Add the chicken tenders and lightly brown them
Slice your mushrooms
Throw in your mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes
Saute
Add your Better than Bouillion chicken stock
Saute
Add your white wine
Saute and toss with prepared pasta
