Semolina, unenriched, 1 cup Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 0.25 package (10 oz) Turmeric, ground, 0.1 tbsp Mustard seed, yellow, 0.5 tbsp *Asafoetida / Hing, 0.01 tsp Salt, 1 tsp *channa dal, 0.001 cup Olive Oil, 2 tbsp *Ghee, 1 tsp *Green Chilli Pepper Fresh, 10 gram(s) *Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields Cilantro, raw, 5 tbsp Ginger Root, 5 slices (1" dia)
Season mustard seeds with asafoetida, channa dal, olive oil, green chilli pepper fresh. Add ginger root slices, ground turmeric , onions, frozen veggies, salt , semolina for saute for 5 minutes. Add boiling water to mix and allow to cook for 5 minutes. Top it with ghee, raw cilantro to serve.
