Curried Butternut Squash Soup

Ingredients
One 20 oz bag of frozen butternut squashOne medium onionOne Tbsp of curry powder3-4 oz Chicken broth
Directions
In medium pot place frozen squash and add 3 oz chicken broth and simmer over medium heat until tender

Cut onion into a rough chop and add to medium frying pan. Cook over medium heat until slightly transparent. Add curry powder and cook for one minute (to remove the bitterness)

Combine onion mixture and squash with all the liquid from the pot and pan in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
