Alton Brown's Dairy-Free Chocolate Pie

12 oz semisweet chocolate chips1/2 cup coffee liqueur ( I used Sugar Free Raspeberry Torani)1 tsp vanilla extract1 lb silken tofu1 Tbsp honey1 9-in prepared chocolate wafter crust (store bought is fine)
I used a double boiler, and melted the chocolate chips and the SF Raspberry Torani in the double boiler over medium heat.
Simmer until the chocolate chips are melted and stir frequently while they melt until smooth. Remove from heat and add the vanilla extract.
Combine the tofu, chocolate mixture, and honey in a blender or food processor and spin until smooth (about 1 minute)
Pour the filling into the crust and refrigerate for 2 hours, or until the filling sets firm.
Serving Size: 1 pie makes 8 servings
