Cheese Straws

Ingredients
Plain white self raising flour (UK), 100 gEgg yolk, 1 largeCheddar Cheese, grated, 75 gramsParmesan Cheese, shredded, 120 gramsPepper,cayenne, 1 tspWater, tap, 10 mLMargarine Stork, 60 gram
Directions
Using a large mixing bowl add flour and margerine, rub the margerine into the flour. Add the grated cheese and cayenne pepper mix thoroughly by hand and then add the egg yolk and water and mix until a dough is formed.
Roll out the dough into a flat sheet approximately 3-4 mm thick ( lightly flour the work surface before rolling). Using a pizza cutter cut the dough into thin strips approximately 6-8 mm wide.
Place strips carefully on a greased baking tray and cook for 6 minutes at 180 - 200 degrees C. or until risen and lightly golden colour.
Leave on tray to cool then serve.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 30 straws.
