1 (10oz) Package of Puff Pastry Shells1 (10.5oz) Can Cream of Mushroom Soup1 (16oz) bag frozen mixed vegetables1/3 c. milk or waterNote: in this recipe I used water, an asparagus stir-fry vegetable mix and 98% fat free soup to calculate the nutritional info.
Cook pastries according to box. Pastries can be made a day ahead of needed.
Mix soup and water (or milk) together in a pan until bubbling. Mix in vegetables and cook until vegetables are done.
Fill pastries with mixture.
If pastries were baked ahead of time you can reheat the filled product in the oven for a few minutes if desired.
