Walter's Healthy Saffron Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 large head of Cauliflower.25 cup golden raisins (soaked)4 sprigs of saffron (crumbled)1 cup low sodium chicken broth4 garlic cloves, minced3 tablespoons capers10 fresh basil leaves1 teaspoon red pepper flakes.25 cup toasted pine nutsseasaltpepper(white wine or anchovies, optional)
Directions
-put raisins in a bowl with warm water to soak
-steam cauliflower that has been cut up into 1 inch bits.
-toast pine nuts on stove top
-saute garlic, in oil, then add red pepper flakes, saffron, capers, raisins and broth. Cook for 10 minutes
-add cauliflower to saute sauce, then add in pine nuts, chopped, basil.
-serve immediately
