Ingredients
chickensweet and sour saucebell pepper ( 1 green, 1 yellow)1 cup chopped onion1 cup frozen stir fry veggies1 can of pineapple chunks
Directions
cut up chicken and brown in stir fry pan with oil
add all veggies and cook for 5 minutes
add sweet and sour sauce and cook
serve over rice
