2 Boxes New Orleans Style Red Beans and Rice dinner.1/2 stick light margarine2 Cans Red Beans! can diced tomatoes and green chilies6 links smoked sausage (chopped)1 cup chopped onionSeason to taste:chili powdersaltpeppercumincayenneadobo seasoning
Directions
Follow instructions on rice dinner for water amounts. Put water, rice, seasoning pack, and all other ingredients into pot. Cook over medium high heat until boiling. Cover pot, reduce heat, and simmer until rice is tender.
