5 russet potatoes1 small white onion slicedGarlic powder to taste2 tblsp olive oilSalt and pepper to taste
Slice or chop potatoes and white onion, pour olive oil in skillet and heat. Add potatoes and onions then add garlic powder and fry on medium heat for 15 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Salt and pepper taste.
