Ingredients
1/2 oz olive oil1 oz garlic, chopped1/4 lb Onion1/4 lb Celery1 oz yellow squash1 oz zucchini4 oz carrots32 oz water2 oz vegetarian consomme1 oz tomato paste2 oz Baby spinach8 oz can Diced tomatoes8 oz can Red kidney beans8 oz can Garbanzo beans8 oz can Great Northern beans8 oz can Tomato juice1/2 pound Ditalini pasta, cooked
Directions
Sweat vegetables in Olive Oil for 10 minutes
Add remaining ingredients to pot and simmer for 20 minutes
Add Ditalini pasta to bowl and serve soup on top
