Gingerbread Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour1/4 tsp. salt3 Tbsp. brown sugar1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon1/8 tsp. ground cloves1/3 cup powdered milk1 tsp. baking powder1 egg or 1 Tbsp. powdered egg substitute1 cup water1 Tbsp. oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Pour onto hot greased griddle. When bubbles form around the edges, flip and cook completely.
