16 oz. reduced fat cottage cheese.1 can crushed pineapple in own juice drained (reserve juice)1 whole egg1 envelope unflavored gelatin1/4 cup reserved pineapple juice.3 Tbls. SplendaGround cinnamon
Directions
Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes. Cool completely before serving
