Fish Soup

Ingredients
I use dried thyme or dill (one or the other). Couldn't find that in the Ingredients list, so have fresh thyme listed. For ease, I use the shaker of frozen chopped ginger.
Directions
saute onion, celery and carrot in a Tbsp of olive oil, or a non-stick pan. when slightly softened, add broth, juice of half a lemon, dill/thyme, giner and a little ground pepper (to taste, not too much given the ginger; no salt if using boxed broth). put frozen cod fish fillets in to simmer to cook through. And enjoy.
