Boston Cream Candy

Ingredients
Granulated Sugar, 3 cup (remove) Light Whipping Cream, 2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) (remove) Light Corn Syrup, .5 cup (remove)
Directions
Combine and bring to a boil stirring only until sugar is dissolved. Continue cooking for 15 minutes or to soft ball stage. Mixture changes color. Cool a few minutes and beat until very thick. Add flvor and nuts as desired. Spread in pan, cool, cut into squares.
