Rotel Grits

Ingredients
1-2lb Velveeta1 can Rotel tomatoes1 stick margarine2 cups instant grits 1 lb ground sausage ( i used Jenny O turkey sausage)
Directions
Cut Velveeta into cubes, and put in bottom of crock pot, then pour in can rotel over top. Cook sausage and drain, then pour the meat in crock. Cook grits according to package directions, then when finished add 1 stick of margarine, stir, then add to crock pot.
Stir all ingredients together, and let cook in crock pot until melted together.

Serving Size: 12 1 cup servings or 24 1/2 cup servings
