Banana-Apple Protein Shake

Ingredients
1 cup nonfat milk1/2 oz. protein powder1/2 tbsp. honey1 tbsp lecithin granules1/2 cup nonfat vanilla yogurt1/2 banana1/2 apple
Directions
No cooking required. Just put all ingredients in a Vitamix blender for 20 seconds on high. I usually make it for two people which eliminates a lot of the 1/2 ingredient measures.
