Ingredients
1 lb ground chicken1/3 cup chopped vadalia onion4 cloves garlic, minced14.5 oz can, Hunts Diced Tomatoes in Sauce1/2 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1/2 tsp ground cumin1 bay leafsalt & pepper to taste1/4 tsp cayenne red pepper1 tsp chili powder2 packets, stevia2 tbsp tomato paste
Directions
place ground chicken, chopped onions, garlic in medium sauce pan,
stir over medium heat until chicken is crumbled, and onions soft,
add remaining ingredients, stir
cook for 30 minutes,
Serve!
