"Twisted" Hummus

2 cloves Garlic, shredded or chopped fine3 cups Garbanzo (Chick peas) BeansCayenne Pepper (to tolerance)Salt, (to taste)1/4 teaspoon Ground Cumin1/4 teaspoon Lemon Pepper 1/4 teaspoon Paprika1/4 cup Lemon Juice (fresh squeezed is best)3/4 - 1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. In food processor, chop garlic to the finest consistency.
2. Add Garbanzo Beans, Cayenne Pepper, Salt, Cumin, Lemon Pepper, Paprika, Lemon Juice.
3. Slowly add olive oil and continue mixing.
Hummus is finished when creamy and smooth. Enjoy!
