Sweet & Sour Chicken

Ingredients
1 lb. Chicken2 Cups Frozen stir fry vegetables8 oz. can pineapple (save Juice)1/2 cup Sweet & sour Sauce1/4 cup water2 cups cooked rice
Directions
Cut chicken into chunks. Cook in skillet or bake in oven. In sauce pan, add vegetables, pineapple, sweet & sour sauce and water. Bring to boil and boil for 5 minutes. Mix 2 tbls. cornstarch with pineapple juice. Mix with vegetables and cook for 1 more minute. Serve over rice.
