Banana Cake with Icing

Ingredients
For Icing:Powdered Sugar, 3 cup, sifted Shortening, .33 cup Milk, nonfat, .1875 cupVanilla Extract, 1.5 tsp For Cake: Shortening, 0.5 cup granulated Sugar, 1.5 cupEgg, fresh, 2 large all purpose flour, 2.25 cup Baking Powder, .25 tsp Baking Soda, .75 tsp *Lemon Juice, 1 tspMilk, nonfat, .25 cupBanana, fresh, 1 cup, mashed
Directions
Cream Icing ingredients together...set aside.

Spray 13x9 pan with Pam.

Cream together shortening and sugar. Beat in eggs.

Sift together Flour, baking powder and baking soda. Add to shortening mixture.

Combine lemon juice and milk. Stir in to batter. Add Bananas.

Bake @ 350` for 35-45 minutes
