1.5 L milk (at least 1% fat)25 gr cornflour30 gr sugar60 gr cocoa
Mix cornflour, sugar and cooca in a saucepan.
Pour in the cold milk and mix well.
Bring to a rapid boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Pour into ramekins and chill before serving.
