Cheesy Potato Bake

*Baked Potato, with skin, 10 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Onions, raw, 1 large Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 1 cup, diced Cheddar Cheese, 2 cup, shredded Garlic, 2 clove Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp
Bake Potatos until done in oven.
Mash potatos with skin, add with 1 cup cheese and rest of ingredients. Sprinkle 1 cup cheese on top.
Bake until cheese is melty and bubbly (20-30 min).
