Bento-size mini hamburger patties

Ingredients
1 lb beef (not lean)1 onion, sauteed in 1/2 tbsp oil1/3 c fresh bread crumbs1 tsp salt1/2 tsp nutmegpepper to taste1 large egg1 Tbsp oil for sauteeing2 Tbsp ketchup for glazing
Directions
Mix beef with egg, sauteed onion, bread crumbs & spices. Form into patties. Saute in 1 Tbsp oil until brown on one side, then flip over & cover pan, steam-cooking for 5 minutes or until done. Baste with ketchup.
