Baked Fried Chicken

Ingredients
1.5 lb boneless skinless chicken breast2 cup Ian's Panko Breadcrumbs1 egg, beaten1 Tbsp water1 Tbsp pepper1 tsp salt
Directions
Slice the chicken in strips (mine made about 30)
combine egg, water, pepper and salt in a large bowl.
Put chicken in the egg mixture and let it set for a few minutes.

Dredge each breast into the breadcrumbs. Place onto a baking sheet either covered with parchment paper or sprayed with cooking spray.

Cook for 35 minutes at 400 degrees

Serving Size: Makes about 30 strips
