potato chip chicken fingers

Ingredients
2 lbs ckicken breast, thin sliced1 bag baked lays potato chips1 cup milk1/2 cup flourcanola oil for frying
Directions
grind potato chips in food processor, or crush w/ rolling pin
slice chicken into strips
dip chicken in flour, then in milk, shake excess off
coat chicken in potato chip crumbs and fry 2-3 min per side.
