Greek Chicken Pita Filling

Ingredients
1 onion, chopped1lb boneless skinless chicken breast 1 tsp lemon pepper1/2 tsp dried oregano1/2 cup plain low fat yogurt
Directions
1. Combine first3 ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low 6-8hours or until chicken is tender.
2. Just before serving, remove chicken and shred with two forks.
3. Add shredded chicken back to slow cooker and stil in oregano and yogurt
4. Serve as filling for Pitas.
