Turkey Corn Chowder

Ingredients
2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light1/4 cup raw onion, chopped2 Tbsp. white flour1 14.5 oz. can low sodium chicken broth1 15 oz. oz. can Yellow Sweet Corn, drained1 cup raw potato, diced1 1/2 cups cooked diced turkey breastsalt, pepper, thyme2 cups Almond Breeze original, unsweetened
Directions
In a 2 quart sauce pan, saute onion in the butter until tender. Add flour and stir until smooth. Slowly stir in chicken broth and simmer until slightly thickened. Add the corn, potato, and turkey. Season to taste with salt, peeper and thyme. Stir in the almond milk. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.
