Ingredients
2 cloves garlic2 tsp honey1 tsp mustard1/2 cup freshly squeezed tangerine juice1/4 cup balsamic vinegar1 tsp freshly ground black pepper1/4 cup water1 cup olive oil
Directions
Combine all ingredients except oil in blender, blend well. With machine still running, add oil until thoroughly blended.
